Your Life Matters to God

Happy May and Happy Mother's Day! 

Sending a special message of Love and comfort to all who have lost their Mom. 

The above picture is my Mom. 

She died suddenly on September 16, 2002 from cancer.

I share this to say I understand the pain. 

I miss my Mom all the time. 

God is with you and He knows the pain and He will comfort you during this time.

There are many things we don't understand that God does. I still don't know why my Mom died suddenly with no warning. But as we place our trust in God in everything He does we will find the strength to continue on. Since my Mom died almost 16 years ago I have really learned that your life matters to God. We might not understand everything He does or doesn't do, 

but we can trust in the fact that He Loves us. 

I personally believe that even through death we must be intentional in all we do.

Tomorrow isn't promised, Today is all we have and because of my experience with losing my Mom I can say it's very important to tell people and show them that you Love them. 

Your life matters to God and He Loves you.

So I send this message to anyone who has experienced death of a Love one to let you know that you are not forgotten. He is with you even if you think He isn't. 

God Loves you so much that He only created one of you, 

so that makes you way special.  

May God give you great comfort during Mother's Day and beyond 

that no matter what you face He is with you and you are incredibly Loved by Him.

Through the ups and downs of life we can forget just how much we truly are Loved by God. Things in our lives might not be what we want yet, but in the quietness of His Love you will have peace to continue on and strength to endure even through the tears. 

He will work everything out for your good as you trust in Him. 

Don't ever quit.

He is able.

He is faithful.

Remember your worth is determined what God says in His Word. 

You are His poem, song and He Loves you!

"Makeup"

You are altogether BEAUTIFUL there is no flaw in you, Song of Solomon 4:7

Lately I have seen many people post on either Instagram, Facebook and Twitter pictures that say; #nofilter, #nomakeup #natural and these are mostly post of people who wear lots of makeup. Let me first say, that although I personally do not wear any makeup, I am not against makeup, I just don't wear it. My point of even making a post out of such a topic is to let you know that God thinks your BEAUTIFUL with or without the makeup. The deeper issue you need to ask yourself is why you wear makeup? Are you covering up deep scars of your heart? Is the makeup a cover up of who you really are and you hide behind the makeup? 

God created you BEAUTIFUL just the way you are.

Today pray and seek God for the reasons you wear makeup. We girls are beautiful and we don't need makeup to prove that, God already did that when He created you. Take a bold step and show off your true beauty with no makeup and you will find many people telling you just how BEAUTIFUL you are because you are BEAUTIFUL PERIOD!!!!!!!
