"Thank you Jesus"

"Thank you Jesus"

For Thursday, April 21, 2011 written on Saturday, April 23, 2011

Thank you Jesus....

I just wanted to take the time to say thank you Jesus. Thank you for the roof over my head, the bed I sleep in, the clothes on my back and the food overflowing in my refrigerator and pantry. Thank you for my husband Pastor Steve who never seems to give up and loves the less fortunated. Thank you for my loyal cat Sam, my recovering new knees that will be soon and my soon to be healed fractured foot. I could go on and on with thanks, but mostly today I want to say thank you Jesus for dying for my sin. Thank you sheeding your blood for my sin so I may have the opportunity to live with you forever. Thank you for all the beatings you took, for the mean things said to you, for the things that you were accused of doing and never did, while you remained silence and obeyed your Father. I thank you for dying for my sin and I am so honor to call you my Savior for LIFE. This life here is meaningless, simply meaningless and I live my life to please you and only you. I do not care what people say, because they hated you first. You loved me first as scriptures says, He first loved us and then we loved Him....how I could of been there to show you that I love you that day on the hill of Calvary. But today and the rest of my days, no matter what I will do so. It doesn't matter who is with me or not...as long as I have you. You are beautiful, you are wonderful, you are my Master and I laugh at the days to come because I know you are working everything out for my good. If you are for me who can be aganist me? The people that try to hurt me with their lies, there mean words, I brush it off and know in my heart you know the truth.

Today, I asked you to stop and think a moment and just thank Jesus for all that He has done for you regardless of your circumstances. He loves you, He loves you and I'll say it again, He loves you!! If you have never asked Jesus into your heart to be your friend, Savior and the ruler of your life, say this short prayer....

Dear Jesus:

I've sinned, I'm not proud of it. I am sorry, please forgive me. Wipe away all my sin, wash me clean as white as snow. Come into my heat to be my friend, Savior, and guide my steps. I believe you died on the cross for my sin, and on the 3rd day rose again, and I believe you are the Son of God. Thank you for accepting me into your family, into your kingdom. Help me to do better, help me to walk a walk that will make you proud so when I enter into enterity and walk through the gates you can claim me as your own and say; WELL DONE my faithful servant. I pray all of this in your precious name, the name about all names...Jesus....AMEN and AMEN...

Love you guys so much, keep your head high and know that He loves you, we love you, and we are always praying for you. Should you need pray, please send me an email at: PinkLoveFL@aol.com and you can bank on it that I/we will pray for you and reply back. Remember He is the King of Kings and Lord of Lords and NOTHING is impossible to those that believe in Him.

"Mamma always said life was like a box of chocolates. You never know what you're gonna get"-Forrest Gump

“Mama always said life was like a box of chocolates. You never know what you’re gonna get” –Forrest Gump

Most of you are probably very familiar with this quote from Forrest Gump but it is very true! In life we must make the best out of what we’re dealt! Just as you’re familiar with card games you never know what cards you will be dealt but you just play your hand the best you can.

Some of us are dealing with divorce, sickness, bankruptcy, family problems, mental illness, death, depression, and the list goes on but regardless of what you are dealing with or facing we must have faith and know that God is in control no matter what. You may not understand why you’re going through your situation or you may feel like bad things just keep on happening and you can never catch a break but always remember what God says in Proverbs 3:5 “Lean on, trust in, and be confident in the Lord with all your heart and mind and do not rely on your own insight or understanding.” (AMP)

What you’re facing may feel like there’s no way out or there’s no hope but with God all things are possible! When our problems are telling us to give up Jesus says in Luke 18:1 that we should always pray and never give up! The harder the battle the bigger the blessing…keep holding on… your breakthrough is on its way.

Philippians 4:13 “Christ gives me the strength to face anything.” (CEV)
